Over 10+ years across manufacturing, education, and MSP environments, I've raised a Microsoft Secure Score from 30% to 87% at one organization and currently maintain a 92%+ security posture. I've automated patching for 1,000+ endpoints, migrated Exchange to the cloud, and enforced Zero Trust across hybrid infrastructure. My current focus is Azure security posture, data governance with Microsoft Purview, and building AI-powered Copilot Studio agents, including MCP-connected solutions that bring secure, self-service intelligence into enterprise workflows.
