MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Essentials
Overview
Configured Microsoft Defender for Office 365 protection policies to defend against malicious email attachments and URLs, applying both Safe Attachments and Safe Links policies to the pilot project team.
Tasks Completed
- Created a Safe Attachments policy with Dynamic Delivery to scan attachments without delaying message delivery
- Scoped the Safe Attachments policy to the M365 pilot project group
- Created a Safe Links policy enabling URL rewriting and click-time URL verification for email and Office apps
- Configured Safe Links to block users from clicking through to flagged URLs and enabled click-through tracking
- Applied the Safe Links policy to the pilot project group
- Reviewed policy status and verified coverage in the Microsoft Defender portal
